Opening the tri-fold packet will reveal a centered 5"x8" notepad, with 5 approximately 1" pockets to the left for drawing/writing utensils, and 2 2.5" pockets to the right for any necessary accessories to creativity, like a small ruler or stickers. Opened wide, the packet rests easily across lap or table, measuring 8.5" tall x 17" wide. The Drawing Packet folds neatly closed with two snap fasteners. 

Folded, it measures 8.5" tall by 6 inches wide--just right for little hands to carry or to tuck into a bag for on-the-go.
