Processing Time
Because each item offered by Feeding Pickle Ltd is hand made just for you by me, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be created. Processing time does not include weekends or shipping time.
Returns
Each item is hand made to fulfill your order and all sales are final. No exchanges or returns may be made. If you have questions or concerns with your items, please contact me at feedingpickle@yahoo.com within three days of product delivery.
Shipping
Buyer is responsible for shipping fees. Seller is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping or for any delays in ship time. Packages lost or damaged in transit may only be replaced if Priority Mail shipping is purchased, as this option includes insurance. Economy and First Class shipping do not include insurance. Select accordingly at checkout.
Buyer must provide accurate shipping address information at the time of order to decrease risk of shipping delays or returned orders. Orders returned by the USPS will not be reimbursed to buyer.
Seller is not responsible for delays or extra fees associated with customs when mailing outside of the US and/or shipping to buyer supplied incorrect address.
All USA shipments are processed through USPS Mail Service with tracking number and delivery confirmation.
